All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid upfront before the commencement of sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via electronic transfer or other approved methods.
Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of scheduled sessions.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Responsibilities

The tutor will provide a professional and supportive learning environment.
Learners are expected to participate actively and complete any assigned work.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor the learner's progress and communicate any concerns.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for tutoring purposes.
We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The learner's progress depends on their effort and commitment.
